Who provides the service

AURA Aste is an independent property research and advisory portal operated by AURA Immobiliare S.R.L.S., under the AURA Property Consulting brand. It is not the Ministry of Justice or a court.

This portal provides information and receives requests for assistance. The first AURA consultation costs €499, payable on this website before work starts. Provider, scope and terms are presented before purchase; subsequent professional engagements are separate. No auction bid, deposit or purchase is submitted through this website.

Sources and translations

Property records contain essential public facts checked on the PVP, with the original source and check date. The catalogue grows progressively and does not represent all Italian auctions. A record may be changed, suspended or withdrawn by its original publisher.

AURA summaries and English explanations are informational. The original Italian notice, appraisal and amendments remain the documents to consult. Reading a record or an AI answer does not establish the legal, planning, technical or financial suitability of a purchase.

Photographs come from the official PVP galleries and photographic attachments. Some are loaded from the source; others are extracted from the original documents and checked before publication. Each listing retains its source reference. Loading external images sends ordinary connection data to the source server.

Account, requests and AI conversations

The portal stores account details, favourites, saved searches and consultation messages to provide the functions you request. Consultation requests are accessible to authorised AURA administrators for follow-up. An auction account is currently separate from accounts on other AURA websites.

AI answers are available after sign-in. Each question is processed independently with the public record data; previous questions are not sent as conversational memory. This portal stores only daily request counts, not AI message text, in its database. The technology provider processes the message to generate the answer. Do not include identity documents, bank details or confidential files.

Technical cookies support authentication. Hosting and font providers can receive ordinary connection data. This portal does not activate advertising campaigns or optional marketing subscriptions through registration.

Assisted requests and personal access

An AURA operator may record your name, surname, phone number and the property you ask about to handle your request. A personal, single-use link expires after 24 hours. Opening and confirming it creates a technical access session lasting up to seven days. You can also submit a request from your registered account.

Authorised AURA staff and the assigned legal practice access the information needed for the request. Operational messages in the case are shared with both; confidential legal communications must use the channel agreed with the lawyer. Access does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Browsing and account creation are free. After selecting an active auction and entering your details, the initial AURA consultation requires a €499 payment on this website. Consultation work and referral to a regional legal practice follow verified payment. Legal assistance requires separate availability, conflict checks and engagement. If checkout is not yet enabled, the request remains saved and consultation work does not start.

Privacy and contact

The visit counter initially uses a non-persistent identifier. If you accept visit statistics, an identifier is stored in your browser; if you decline, the counter is disabled. You can change this choice at any time.
